Banks Wood is owned and controlled by Malcolm Bright who is directly involved in the day to day administration and control of commissions.

 

The Practice is responsive to Client demands, using modern computerised techniques and a progressive approach to contract procedures and project control whilst retaining traditional values. All senior staff aim to build a close relationship with their Clients by operating a ‘hands on’ policy with direct involvement to ensure a consistent level of service, and standard reporting procedures to suit each client’s particular requirements.

 

Banks Wood appreciates the need for accurate financial control, both in terms of realistic initial budget advice and in maintaining final out-turn costs, together with completion within programme time to the technical and architectural specification standards. The success of all commissions are measured by adherence to cost, time and quality and Banks Wood task themselves to work with other members of the design team to ensure that these key criterion are achieved.

 

Commissions are undertaken for both the private and public sector encompassing a wide range of new build, fitting out and refurbishment projects ranging in value from £50,000 to £25,000,000.
