Malcolm Bright Practice Principal Chartered Quantity Surveyor BSc, FRICS, ACI Arb.

Malcolm is the sole principal of Banks Wood and Partners. Whilst responsible for all management and financial aspects of the Practice, Malcolm maintains a ‘hands on’ approach and deals directly with numerous projects.

Malcolm has extensive experience of major projects in
the commercial, residential and education sectors and
is able top offer a broad range of services including Cost Consultancy, Project Coordination and Employer’s Agent.

Malcolm is married with one daughter and relaxes by playing golf and is interested in sport and music.

David is a hugely experienced chartered surveyor with over 35 years experience in the construction industry. David oversees all technical and quality aspects concerning the practice.

David is responsible for the full range of cost consultancy services on projects from inception to completion. Over recent years David has assisted London City Airport in the administration of a sound insulation scheme to 7,000 properties necessitated by the expansion of the airport.
